School: Alabama
Class: Redshirt Junior
Position: IOL
HT: 6’2
WT: 290 lbs
Background: Parker Brailsford was a 3-star interior offensive lineman out of Mesa, Arizona in the 2022 class. Brailsford played for Saguaro High School, where he won a state championship in 2021. Brailsford was named to the all-state team as a senior. Parker Brailsford committed to Washington over Arizona, USC, and others.
College: As a redshirt freshman in 2023, Brailsford was named a Freshman All-American by multiple outlets. After spending 2 years at Washington, Brailsford followed Kalen Deboer to Alabama. In his first season with the Tide, Brailsford was a Second Team All-American at the center position. 2025 saw him named an All-American by multiple outlets while also being named a First Team All-SEC selection.
Strengths: Parker Brailsford is an impressive mover for a player of his size. Off the line of scrimmage, he climbs to the linebackers in the run game to reach his landmarks and clear an extended lanes between the tackles. He is able to pull and seal edges in the run game to climb outside of the tackles in space. He is light on his feet and moves exceptionally well. In tight quarters, Parker keeps his legs churning to push the ball forward for extra yardage. Brailsford handles movement across his face smoothly. He processes twists and disguised blitz packages with ease. As a pass protector, he is calm and quickly plants his anchor to absorb power up the middle and keep his quarterback’s field of vision clean.
Weaknesses: In the run game, Brailsford’s aggressiveness can be a detriment. He tends to overextend himself and put himself out of position. His measurables leave plenty to be desired. He doesn’t have the length to extend himself in open space and initiate contact. Brailsford’s anchor is inconsistent and often isn’t firm enough to take care of bigger 1 techs.
Conclusion: Parker Brailsford is an athletic center who can hit his landmarks smoothly. He gets overwhelmed by strength and can be overaggressive, but he is very technically sound in both pass pro and as a run blocker.
