The Giants are looking at a very real possibility of being one of the worst teams in the NFL and contending for the 1st overall pick. If this were to be the case, you can expect there to be coaching and front office changes. Their defensive front will continue to be the strong point of their roster, but if their offense cannot start to be at least an average unit, this team will be in serious trouble.
New York Giants 2024 Season Preview
The New York Giants had a playoff appearance in the first season under HC Brian Daboll in 2022. It looked like he could potentially unlock QB Daniel Jones and the rest of that offense. However, enough time has passed since then to question if 2022 was just a flash in the pan. Daniel Jones capitalized on a decent year and got paid big time. The team is stuck with a quarterback that holds their offense back because they paid him prematurely. Additionally, they haven’t done well enough to build a team around him that can even make up for his poor play.
NFC East Division Preview
The NFC East was an unexpectedly tough division in 2022. With breakout seasons from both the Giants and the Eagles, while the Commanders were in the playoff race until the last couple weeks of the season.
