Gracen Halton Scouting Report
Gracen Halton is a pass rushing defensive tackle who can get into the backfield in a variety of ways. Adjusting his lower body to get a wider base will serve him well against the run. He is still a technically raw player but flashes the tools to be one of the more well-rounded defensive tackles in this draft class.
Marvin Jones Jr. Scouting Report
Marvin Jones Jr. is a quick edge rusher who will be serviceable as both a pass rusher and run defender. He lacks the bend that all elite edge rushers need to have, which may be his downfall at the next level.
R Mason Thomas Scouting Report
R Mason Thomas is a violent mover with an explosive skillset. He has a wide range of pass rushing moves to win on the edge and moves with incredible bend to get around the edge. He will have an impact on an NFL team’s pass rush immediately, but has work to do as a run defender to see a bulk of the snaps on the edge.
Deion Burks Scouting Report
Deion Burks is an athletic slot receiver who is a bolt of electricity with the ball in his hands. He is a dynamic route runner, consistently working himself open to give the quarterback an easy target. His size and play strength are limitations that are undeniable and not items that can simply be improved upon.
Dillon Gabriel Scouting Report
Dillon Gabriel is a smart quarterback with composure that comes from his extended stay in college football. He has a higher floor than some due to his ability to gash defenses with his legs. If Gabriel can begin to access the middle area of the field more consistently, he can become a league average starting QB.
Billy Bowman Jr. Scouting Report
Billy Bowman is a safety with elite ball skills. He follows the quarterback’s eyes as progressions are made and can launch towards the ball to get his hands on it. Bowman has a high football IQ to diagnose different offenses and take away large portions of the field. Billy is a splash play waiting to happen in the secondary.
Marvin Mims Scouting Report
Mims is a threat at all levels of the field, using his speed to burn secondaries down the field. On contested catches, Mims does well to high point the football and has late hands to make the catch as easy as possible for himself. It isn’t ideal to put Mims in situations to have to make contested catches, but he does well for himself in those situations.
Anton Harrison Scouting Report
Harrison has a powerful lower half and excellent grip strength that allows him to latch onto rushers and push them back, effectively knocking them off their rush. He never stops moving his legs and can simply outworks opponents. Harrison is extremely effective in run protection where he is allowed to eliminate rushers and work up field with the ball carrier.
